claim:

How much regions can own player
max-regions-per-player: 5

Maximum volume of regions player could claim
max-claim-volume: 10000

Allows (true) players to claim only existing regions.
Regions suggested to claim must have CLAIM flag with allows values
Players will not be able to claim regions manually (using selections)
claim-only-existing-regions: false

Claim region only when player inside the regions
This option is for /claim and /claim <id> command for existing regions
Player must travel to region or he will not be able to claim this region
claim-only-when-player-inside-region: false

Allow claiming regions to intersect with other regions
Please use this options carefully: players will be able to claim
part of other player's regions if this option is set to true
